Q:  How long will it take for me to receive my artwork?
A:  All items are dispatched by either DHL or FedEx minimum 10 days to a maximum of 20 days  of verification of payment.

Q:  How sure can I be that the piece I buy has not already been sold?
A:  Immediately an order is received for an artwork it is marked as SOLD on the site.

Q:  What should I do if the artwork is damaged when it arrives?
A:  The courier service will check the artwork with you and immediately advise us if it has been damaged in transit. The artwork will be returned to us by the courier service at no cost to the Buyer. You will be refunded or may choose another artwork.

Q:  Who are the artists on our site?
A:  Mauritianart.com is proud to be the first site dedicated to the promotion of works by Mauritian artists.(well known and up and coming artists)

Q:  How secure is my payment by credit card?
A:  The Mauritius Commercial Bank has been involved in E- Commerce for the past ten years and has acquired a reputation for security and reliability.

Q:  Will you sell or divulge my personal details to other sites or marketing companies?
A:  Your personal details which you give us on Registration, are not divulged to anyone else. They will never be shared with anyone else.( all info goes to the bank and stays there for security reasons)
